Bij amoebendysenterie:
- PCR uit feces
2 gram feces nodig - PCR uit biopt
Bij amoebenabces:
- PCR uit abcesmateriaal
- PCR uit leverpunctaat
- Serologie uit stolbloed (bij amoebenabces)
100 µl serum nodig
Voor de fecesdiagnostiek graag een Parasitologisch feces onderzoek (DFT-set) insturen.
