Diagnostiek:
Bij acute streptokokken infectie:
- Kweek uit verschillende materialen
Bij post-streptokokken ziekte:
- post-streptokokken glomerulonefritis, artritis, acute reuma of roodvonk).
- Anti-Dnase B uit stolbloed of heparine plasma, 500 µl serum of heparine plasma nodig.
- AST (antistreptolysine) uit stolbloed of heparine.
